AI Automation Platform Agentic ERP CRM Website Design for Zaptiva

AI Automation Platform Website Design for Zaptiva – Figma to WordPress Elementor

AI automation platform website design for Zaptiva was a full Figma-to-WordPress project built from scratch — covering the complete design process, style guide, UX flow, and prototyping, through to development on WordPress with Elementor Pro. Zaptiva is a low-code SaaS platform that helps businesses automate workflows, integrate ERP and CRM systems, and modernize legacy operations with AI-powered tools. With no existing design system and a highly technical product spanning multiple services and solutions, Zaptiva needed a website that could make complex automation and integration capabilities feel clear, credible, and easy to navigate for enterprise buyers.

About Zaptiva

Zaptiva is a low-code SaaS platform built to simplify complex business processes — connecting and automating data across ERP, CRM, WMS, and EDI systems including QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, and Quickbase. Serving finance, operations, and supply chain teams, Zaptiva helps businesses eliminate manual data entry, standardize messy processes, and modernize legacy systems through AI-enhanced automation. In a category where buyers are evaluating technical depth alongside reliability and security, Zaptiva needed a website that reflected the sophistication of its platform while staying approachable for non-technical decision-makers.

The Challenge

Zaptiva’s product touches a wide range of services and solutions — ERP modernization, EDI supply chain automation, AI-enhanced ETL, agentic enterprise automation, and custom development among them. The core challenge was translating that breadth into a clear, structured website that different buyer types could navigate without getting lost, while still building trust fast with enterprise clients who care about security, compliance, and proven results.

There was no existing visual identity to build on, so the project needed to start from zero — defining a design system from scratch before any page structure or layout could be designed. The final site needed to guide finance leaders, IT decision-makers, and operations teams toward the right service or solution, backed by credible case studies and clear trust signals rather than generic feature lists.

Our Solution

We led the full design process end-to-end in Figma, starting with a style guide covering typography, color system, iconography, and UI components to establish a consistent visual identity for Zaptiva. From there, we mapped the UX flow across services, solutions, and pricing, then moved into wireframes and interactive prototypes to validate structure and navigation before any visual design work began.

Once the prototype was approved, we built out the full high-fidelity design in Figma — a homepage built around Zaptiva’s core value proposition, dedicated pages for each service and solution (QuickBooks Online, ERP Modernization, Agentic Enterprise, EDI Supply Chain Automation, and more), and conversion-focused case study and testimonial sections.

From there, we handled development ourselves, converting the Figma design into a fully responsive WordPress site built with Elementor Pro. This gave Zaptiva a site that matches the approved design pixel-for-pixel while remaining easy for their internal team to update and extend as the product roadmap grows.
